I'm excited to announce that we have entered Phase 2 of re-opening in New York City! With in-person real estate activities beginning to resume, we are excited to begin showing homes again and are taking measures to ensure that safety is our top priority.Â
Prior to exploring an in-person showing, I will do my best to show theÂ
property virtually first. If an in-person showing is appropriate, please find justÂ
a few of the safety best practices that will be adhered to below.
Minimum 6ft.
We will maintain the recommended 6 foot distance during thecourse of your visit.
Protective Wear
To prioritize the health and safety of clients and brokers, masks are required, and we request that everyone wear gloves and booties.
Limited Guests
A limited number of clients will be permitted in the home at one time. Discussions, paperwork, etc, can be held outside the home or remotely.
Virtual Assistance
We can provide tours, information, andÂ
documents remotely if needed.
